There are approximately 330 members on the books monthly.

YCEA is governed by a board made up of:
4 executive board members
7 general board members
3 financial trustees

We also have an AFSCME union representative who attends all board meetings and is on-site once a week for union outreach and support.

Yes we are a registed non-profit Association.

You can start with any board member who in turn may direct you to your Association Representative.

This document should be filled out by the employee and provided to YCEA when a matter is being considered for a grievance action. These items are time critical, the Association is only allowed 20 days from time of incident to file an action for any issue.
